*AUCTION REGISTRATION: ALL Bidders with new accounts must be approved by Auction Company prior to bidding. Prospective bidder must send the following to the auction manager for approval: 1. a copy of driver's license or state issued ID, AND 2. phone number where bidder can be reached. You can text a copy or photo of your driver's license or state issued ID to 817-304-1052 or email to texasauctionrealty@gmail.com. If you have a new account with Texas Auction & Realty, we will confirm that your driver's licenses matches your bidder profile and contact you via the phone number provided prior to approval for bidding.

Sargent's Wrecker requires new customers (who have no history with them) to submit copy of state issued ID and contact phone number prior to bidding approval - email photocopy to texasauctionrealty@gmail.com or text message to 817-304-1052 * Pending registrations are checked at least twice daily, and frequently the day of the sale closing, otherwise shortly after we recieve bidder ID.
All vehicles are being offered 'AS IS, WHERE IS' * Bidder preview is strongly encouraged onsite prior to bidding. * There are no refunds and no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Important Definitions: (1) 'runs and drives' indicates that the vehicle started, was placed in drive and moved forward, then placed in reverse and moved backward. This DOES NOT guarantee that the vehicle will start up and make it to the street. (2) 'runs' indicates that the vehicle started and stayed running for less than 5 minutes. (3) 'starts' indicates that the vehicle started with it's own power, or that of a starter jump box. (4) 'mileage' indicates the number witnessed on the dashboard odometer and IS NOT guaranteed to be actual mileage.
