Prospective bidder must send the following to the auction manager for approval: 1. a copy of driver's license or state issued ID, AND 2. phone number where bidder can be reached. If you have a new account with Texas Auction & Realty, we will confirm that your driver's licenses matches your bidder profile and contact you via the phone number provided prior to approval for bidding.

Important Definitions: (1) 'runs and drives' indicates that the vehicle started, was placed in drive and moved forward, then placed in reverse and moved backward to see if the transmission was connected. This DOES NOT guarantee that the vehicle will start up and make it to the street. (2) 'runs' indicates that the vehicle started and stayed running for less than 5 minutes. (3) 'starts' indicates that the vehicle started with it's own power, or that of a starter jump box. (4) 'mileage' indicates the number witnessed on the dashboard odometer and IS NOT guaranteed to be actual mileage.
